Declaration of Decontamination
As a certified DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 company, we require that all materials / equipment be decontaminated before returning to us for repairs. This is to protect our employees and the environment from any toxic waste, dangerous chemicals and /or any reaction during the repairing process.
Please attach a completed and signed copy of the Declaration of Decontamination" form on the inside and outside of each package. Repairs will commence when we receive all signed and completed declarations.
