KLAUS UNION

1. In order ensure that the workshops are optimally effective, space is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.  We therefore ask that you fax your registration form to us at least four weeks prior to the workshop date.
2. By registering for one of our workshops, you accept the terms and conditions of participation.
3. On receipt of your registration form we will send you a booking confirmation, as well as an invoice.
4. If the workshop for the date you select is booked up, we will offer you an alternative date. 
5. The EUR 624,- plus VAT workshop fee includes all documentation, lunch and refreshments on both days, and dinner on the first day. The workshop documentation will be distributed at the beginning of the workshop.
6. Hotel costs, travel costs, and transfers between the hotel and workshop venue (day 2) are not included in the workshop fee.
7. We will reserve a room for you at the hotel where the workshop is being held.
8. If you are unable to attend your workshop, you can cancel up to 14 days prior to the date of the event without charge. If you cancel after this time, you will be charged 50% of the fee if we are unable to find someone to replace you.
9.  We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a workshop in whole or in part. If a workshop is cancelled, we will notify you in good time and offer you a new date.
10. Klaus Union shall be held harmless against any liability arising from any accident, injury, loss or damage incurred by any workshop participant during any part of any workshop that is held at a third party venue (the hotel), except insofar as said accident, injury, loss or damage is attributable to any wrongful action on the part of Klaus Union or any Klaus Union employee.
11. Klaus Union shall be held harmless against any liability for personal injury, property damage or the like resulting from or in connection with the realization of any Klaus Union workshop.
12. The place of performance shall be Bochum, Germany.
